We aim to show accurate product names, images, ingredients, directions, warnings, prices and availability.
However, product packaging, label artwork, ingredient information or other details may be updated from
time to time. Always read the product label supplied with your order before use.
Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the product delivered. If there is a conflict
between website copy and the product label, the label and the information supplied with the product should
be followed, unless BMED provides a written correction.
3. Supplements and health information
BMED products are nutritional and wellness supplements unless clearly stated otherwise. They are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Website content is for general informational
purposes and is not personalised medical advice. Please read our Medical & Product Disclaimer before
ordering or using a product.
4. Pricing, availability and orders
- All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Product availability can change without notice.
- Adding an item to your cart or submitting an order request does not guarantee that the order has been
accepted or that stock is available.
- BMED may contact you to verify an order, especially for cash-on-delivery orders, address changes or
unusual transactions.
- We may decline, cancel or limit an order where there is a stock issue, pricing or listing error, suspected
fraud, an inability to verify the order, or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been
received for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund in accordance with our Cancellation &
Payments Policy.
- We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, product-description or promotional errors before
dispatch. If a correction materially affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding where
reasonably possible.

5. Payments and promotions
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate payment and billing
information and must be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Discount codes, bundles, offers and promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability and expiry.
They cannot normally be exchanged for cash, combined with another offer unless clearly stated, or applied
after an order has been completed.
6. Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, refunds and order cancellation are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns &
Refunds Policy and Cancellation & Payments Policy. Please read these pages before completing your order.
7. Intellectual property
The BMED name, logo, product names, product imagery, website design, written content, graphics and
other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to BMED. They may not be used, copied,
reproduced, republished or distributed without our prior written permission, except for your personal,
non-commercial use of the website.

This website may use third-party payment, courier, analytics, social-media or other services. BMED is not
responsible for third-party websites, apps, policies or services. Your use of them may be subject to their
own terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, BMED does not guarantee that the website will always
be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Product results may vary from person to
person.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right, product-safety obligation or liability that
cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled through the
appropriate legal or consumer-protection forum with jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
