Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how BMED Healthcare delivers orders placed through www.bmedhc.com.
1. Delivery area
BMED currently delivers to eligible addresses within Pakistan. If delivery is unavailable for your location, we will notify
you after receiving your order or before checkout where technically possible.
2. Processing and delivery times
Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation or cash-on-delivery verification, as applicable. Estimated
delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Unless a different timeframe is shown, standard delivery normally takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by public holidays, weather, remote-area
serviceability, courier delays, high order volumes or circumstances beyond BMED's reasonable control.
3. Shipping charges
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Promotional free-delivery
offers, if available, apply only according to the stated offer terms.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
After you place an order, BMED may send an order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone. We may contact
you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order or clarify delivery details.
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after dispatch through the contact details provided
with your order.
5. Accurate delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number and any useful delivery instructions.
BMED is not responsible for delay, failed delivery or additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or
unreachable contact details provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at bmedhc@gmail.com or 0329 3075223. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made once an order has been packed or handed to the courier.
6. Cash on delivery
For cash-on-delivery orders, please ensure that an authorised person is available to receive and pay for the order.
BMED may cancel an unverified cash-on-delivery order before dispatch.
If a cash-on-delivery order is refused, repeatedly unreachable, or returned because of an incorrect address, we may
require advance payment for a future order where permitted by law.
7. Delivery delays and failed delivery
If your delivery is delayed, please check tracking information first and then contact us with your order number. We will
reasonably assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
Where an order is returned to BMED because it could not be delivered, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
Re-dispatch may require a new delivery charge. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled under our Returns & Refunds
Policy and Cancellation & Payments Policy.
8. Checking your parcel
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If the parcel is visibly damaged, tampered with, leaking, or contains the
wrong item, do not consume the product. Take clear photos or a short unboxing video and contact us as soon as
possible with your order number.
